I'm trying to avoid initial pinch-hits who don't have -any- offers. Partly also because I don't know yet how big this exchange is going to be and I don't want to end up with half the participants on the PH list because they thought it'd be a great idea to request nothing but Zod/Alfred/Swanwick (I'm pretty sure that's not in the tag set, but you get my point).

Obviously you can't know what other people offering. Basically, this is just me asking for people to use some common sense while signing up. That's the only way I can allow people to request only one character/pairing (while most exchanges force you to request at least three or four) and still not end up with half the participants double-assigned and the other half as pinch-hits.

Does that make sense? I only just got up, this is probably the unclearest explanation ever. ;)
